  • In the landscaping industry, an ideal client for me would be someone located within my service area, who is comfortable with keeping a credit card on file for payments, and prefers weekly lawn care services.

    This is one of the MOST UNDER LOOKED areas in MOST businesses. Building out your ideal client avatar or ICP is CRUCIAL. Not everyone wants our services, so it's uber important to figure out who does, so you're not wasting precious marketing dollars.

    Ideal client - a first time homeowner that want's to gut the place to the beams and do new stairs and railings. Or a local contractor that does new builds or complete restorations.

    Didn't do any marketing towards this, at this point just focusing on providing the best service I can and growing my google reviews.

  • My ideal client is pretty much everyone in my market! Why, everyone has or accumulates junk over time.  As a value add service, I provide my services to those who either do not have the right equipment or just don’t want to deal with it. Most of the time it’s the ladder.

    I’ve joined every public community group that I can find on FB and stay active. At times, I provide answers and not always trying to “sell myself”.

      My friend, you are missing the point of the exercise.

      I could say that my ideal customer is anyone with electrical maintenance and construction needs that can afford my prices for their scope of work but casting such a wide net makes the "ideal client" exercise meaningless.

      1st of all, you can not be all things to all people. What are your ideal jobs, where do you find you are getting your best **bleep** for the buck.

      2nd the point of the ideal customer profile is to allow you to focus your marketing efforts on the avenues that will yield the greatest return on investment.

      I haven't tried this yet, but I've heard that through facebook you can actually load up a couple customer's pages and facebook will contact/market to more people with similar features to the example customers you provide. If you know what your ideal customer is then deploying something like this will be a lot more effective since you can look through and find your customer's profiles that most closely match your ideal customer and then have facebook do the rest.

  • Our ideal clients are working professionals and homeowners, aged 30-55, residing along the lakeside in the our area. They can comfortably afford our services and view professional cleaning as a core part of their home care routine, not a luxury. Our clients value high-quality service and understand the importance of investing in professional cleaning. They are not looking to cut corners on costs and see our cleaners as valuable assets to their household—not just service providers, but trusted partners in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of their home. They appreciate and respect the expertise and care we bring to our work.

    These clients maintain an organized home between services but rely on professional cleaning due to their busy schedules and a strong preference for a spotless living environment. While they may be family-oriented or enjoy spending time with children in their lives, their homes are typically well-kept, especially by cleaning day. Pets, if present, are well-maintained, few, or low-shedding.

    Though they may lack the time or desire to clean themselves, our clients hold high standards for cleanliness and seek a reliable, consistent, and trustworthy cleaning service that allows them to enjoy their space without worry.

  • I've gotten as far as local service area, owns a car, is busy / values their time and prefers working with a company that they can trust.

    I have not really built my content around this but I do regularly point out that this is what I'm looking for in my BNI meetings.

    I did add a low cost and very fast service to help address part of the market that wants a service done in 2 hrs or less and is an easy yes. That is our In & Out Quick Detail. We do the inside and the outside guaranteed in less than 2 hrs with a flat rate of $150 up to a large SUV. The idea is it someone who is busy doesn't want to spend a lot of time going back and forth on all the options or additional services we have so they can get a clear and simple package quickly.
