Best Jobber Automations
I just wanted to get a post going for these. They can be super powerful in your business and I feel like they don't get talked about enough sometimes. What are your best Jobber automations you have set up?? I really enjoy dashboards myself that give more custom information about my business. I like to use Airtable / Asana / Zapier. Cheers !
Track Employee Mileage
We run a property services company, with each of our employees using their own vehicle for work. Our employees are all paid out their mileage reimbursement each pay day. We require a report with all their KM (we are in Canada) each week. I am wondering what you are all using for employees to track and submit their miles/km?
Automatically upload files and text to clients profiles?
Hello, I are curious if anyone has successfully found a way to automatically upload files / text notes onto a client's profile within internal notes on Jobber. Vision - voicemail audio files are uploaded to a clients profile inside of the internal notes section; by matching the phone number to an existing client within jobber. If the number cannot be matched to an existing client, the automation stops. At the time of writing this, Zapier + Jobber allow for notes / files to be uploaded to a request but not to a client profile.
Data Importing
Will Jobber ever support importing data from older CRMs, like ServiceCEO, so we can transfer over the data we’ve collected for the past ten years and have all our information in one system? This would help streamline our operations and make it easier to transition without losing important historical data. It's hard to have data in multiple places and not have data on hand when needed makes minor tasks extremely time consuming and tedious? Hi All! I run a lawn care and gardening business and have struggled with getting all the KPIs I need from Jobber. I've had to spend many hours each month crunching numbers on spreadsheets that could have been spent growing my business. To solve this, I created a software platform that would pull in data from Jobber automatically and give me the numbers I need. Marketing companies that ruin your business
So we’ve been in business 3 1/2 years now and have been relatively busy we have our showtimes but for the most part for the small company we have we can pull in about 100,000 a month that is before we transfer marketing company which was highly rated and Seemed fun. It was costly though and after several months 5 to 6 months of draining my bank account there was nothing to show for it. There was no work for us. Our business got lost somewhere and website Wonderland unfortunately when I called and asked them and requested help I was ignored and given a rude statement, they drawn my yelp , they took my calls calls. I have no schedule for the last one. This has happened to anybody else. What do you do to pick up again? How do you start all over?Inventory Management Apps w/ Integration?
Hello all, My name is Kyle, and I'm the Office Manager with my company. Recently, we've made some moves to further improve the list of products that we sell, and services we provide. With this being said, our current method of keeping track of our inventory will have to improve with this. Does anyone know of any inventory management apps that integrate with Jobber that they'd recommend? I've looked into adding Ply into our Jobber, but I'm not entirely sure that it will solve all of our issues. I'm looking for some other routes we could take that could potentially work better for us. KPI Dashboard
Does Jobber have anything in the works to show a KPI dashboard of short? Something that we can easily look at to see certain metrics important in our business. Some of these could include set goals such as booked jobs for the week, month. Some others could be close rates, total sales, etc. If not, what would be a good integration alternative?
