Does anyone know how to add auto interest or late fees to invoices? Considering the scope of my work this would be real handy when my average invoice payment time is around 50 days. Because of this I have to finance my own payroll and if I could recoup some of these interest charges automatically. Too many invoices to manually add fees11Views0likes2CommentsQB Desktop and Jobber
I would like to talk with someone that uses QB Desktop and Jobber for their business. I am trying to figure out my workflow for using both programs. I do not want to manually enter any invoices into QB. If there is a company out there that is using these two programs I’d love to connect and hear how you are using them together.DevanS8 days agoContributor 21View0likes0CommentsLandscape/Snow&Ice Biz Insurance
So are using Michigan Miller insurance as we have for several years now to cover our liability, auto and workers comp insurance here in western ny. We are a 1.5 million in sales company and previously had another insurance that offered apples to apples coverage for over 65% more in cost. I feel that this a cost that is out of control in our business we have around 440k in payroll and 1.5 million in sale but between all three coverage areas in our business insurance is 50-60k. I just think its outragous but we are do snow plowing. Who is everyone else using in a similar service situtation more importantly snow plow insurance and what are you paying.gvlandscape8 days agoContributor 230Views1like3CommentsCredit card processing
Does anyone have any information or advice on how to deal with this situation. What I have been dealing with is insane. Jobber decided to start holding my funds and sent me an email wanting information. I sent the information even though I was not sure why they would ever need to see some of what they requested. There is no live person that can even be contacted about such matters. Today I finally got a response from them and they are going to hold $7000 of my funds for 120 days just to “safeguard my account”! This business was just started 1 month ago so I am not sure that I will be able to recover from this! Has anyone had any issues like this? At this point I just need my money so I can continue my business and leave Jobber!Wes-Tech9 days agoContributor 241Views0likes4CommentsJobber and QB Desktop
Does anyone else use QB Desktop version along with Jobber? I’m specifically looking for how you handle deposits and bank reconciliation. Before Jobber, we would manually enter invoices into QB Desktop and reconcile but now that we don’t have our invoices going through QB I’m looking for the proper workflow for entering my payments and deposits into QB.DevanS9 days agoContributor 22Views0likes0Comments
