I just rolled mine out and I set mine up with a set dollar amount. I also don't have data really testing that structure much less the percentage. My personal feeling is that a set dollar amount and letting the client redeem partial or all of it at once is the what I like theoretically. Limiting the client to only one credit per visit/job just seems like it bogs down their experience and adds friction when we should be positively rewarding them for promoting out business in a way that leads to closed and paid jobs. They're already limited by the fact that the referral has to get all the way to the paid invoice to get their credit. I think that is a really great feature of the referral program and it should work that way. I just don't want to put extra tight limitations on them and dissuade them from referring.
