Hello Jobber Pros! Is there a way to create multiple intake forms? I am going to be participating in another community event which I normally raffle off items to people that provide their info. Currently I’m using another tool and would love to accomplish this in Jobber so everything flows in. Anyone have ideas?Handling Negative Online Reviews:

I had a situation where a negative fb review was getting a lot of attention and comments on my Facebook, but by addressing the issue openly and professionally, I was able to turn it around. How do you handle negative online reviews? What communication strategies do you use to respond to these publicly while maintaining your brand's reputation?
Anyone have experience with RealWork?
Anyone here use RealWork? https://www.realworklabs.com/ Direct integration with Jobber. Among other things, they promise to improve your SEO in towns where you do jobs but you are not based and for services and jobs that are outside of what you categorize yourself as under your Google My Business. They create a map widget for your jobs that pulls in details, photos, and reviews. Google supposedly likes that content and you can also use that functionality to send job examples and case studies. They quoted me $500 / month for a six month contract. Seems a bit expensive but if it does what it says it can do, seems potentially worth it.Any plans to offer a phone option along with SMS?
I would love to know how others feel about this! I feel the SMS option is great and centralizing communication inside Jobber. Adding voice to the options would be a great value add. I can see a possible automation here. At times my hands may be full or in the middle of another job where I can’t or should not answer the phone. Having an automated SMS reply with a custom message and +1 a link to your request form for new customers would be nice!
